Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Creator Insight ("Service") operated by Creator Insight ("us", "we", or "our") at creator-insight.vercel.app.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining our waitlist, creating an account, or using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

2. Description of Service

Creator Insight is a unified analytics dashboard that allows content creators to view their social media analytics from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook in one place. The Service is currently in beta and features may change without notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Connected Social Media Accounts

When you connect your social media accounts to Creator Insight:

• You grant us read-only access to your analytics data
• We will never post, modify, or delete content on your behalf
• You can disconnect your accounts at any time
• You remain fully responsible for your social media accounts
• You must comply with the terms of service of each connected platform

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Creator Insight to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our platform's data or design
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our platform

6. Intellectual Property

The Creator Insight platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Creator Insight and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

Your social media content remains your own — we claim no ownership over any content you create or the analytics data from your accounts.

7. Beta Service Disclaimer

Creator Insight is currently in beta. This means:

• The Service may be unstable or unavailable at times
• Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
• Data may occasionally be lost during beta testing
• We appreciate your feedback to help us improve

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Creator Insight is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Analytics data is provided for informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Insight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Creator Insight integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs or policies that may affect our Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
